Rick Ellison, Executive Director, Industrial Properties with Cushman & Wakefield, has 16 years of industrial brokerage experience completing more than 17 million square feet of transactions. Rick has represented clients in a variety of industries including: warehouse and distribution, electronics assembly, manufacturing, food service and transportation. As one of the youngest Executive Directors in the company, Rick is consistently recognized as a top professional at Cushman & Wakefield. He is a member of the firm’s Industrial Executive Advisory Board and Global Supply Chain Services team. Alongside long-time business partner Jeff Chiate, Rick oversees the six-person Chiate-Ellison brokerage team which is among the highest producing industrial teams within Cushman & Wakefield. Rick has ranked among one of the Top 10 Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial Brokers in the United States. Rick is an Orange County native and currently resides in Ladera Ranch, California with his wife and four children. In his free time Rick is a dedicated youth football coach and enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting and competitive off-road motorcycle racing.
