Richard Doolittle is a Partner in the Brokerage Services division of MHP Real Estate Services.
Mr. Doolittle has been a member of MHP since 2002. Since 2010, Richard has been the head leasing agent for the LH Charney Associates’ New York real estate portfolio which is comprised of 1410 Broadway and 1441 Broadway totaling 1,200,000 square feet. For the past nine years, Mr. Doolittle has been the leasing agent for 30 Broad Street, a 500,000 square foot building in the downtown market. Rick is also leasing agent for 180 Maiden Lane, a 1,200,000 glass office tower.
Mr. Doolittle is an accomplished Landlord’s agent who has been the leasing agent on 22 buildings during his career.
Richard is well recognized for his achievements as leasing agent in downtown buildings. In 1988, he leased the entire 135,000 square feet of space available at 55 Wall Street in just three months. This was during a period when few transactions were being consummated in the financial district due to the stock market crash in the fourth quarter of 1987.
