Rick’s primary focus is on tenant and owner representation. He has extensive experience in acquisition, disposition, build-to-suit and sale and lease transactions. With Rick’s 20+ years of experience and personal attention to servicing his clients, he can develop on-going and long term relationships necessary to consistently serve his clients. This philosophy and his previous development experience enable Rick to educate his clients and support their real estate decisionmaking process. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Rick was a Vice President at New London Associates specializing in industrial and commercial properties. Before New London Associates, Rick was a Vice President with Roselle Commerce Development where he developed the 72 acre Roselle Commerce Center Industrial Park and concentrated on build-to-suit projects ranging from 10,000 square feet up to 100,000 square feet. Rick specializes in North DuPage, West and North Cook and Lake Counties.
