Licensed to practice architecture and real estate, Richard provides professional services for commercial and healthcare properties throughout California and the west coast. He has been at the center of property acquisitions, design and construction for numerous healthcare REIT’s, medical groups and hospital organizations.
Richard is regarded for his extensive knowledge and experience necessary for completing complex real estate and construction projects. As an active member of the Urban Land Institute and National Fire Protection Association, as well as the former chairperson of the Healthcare Committee for AIA/LA, he is sought out for his ability to integrate his architectural knowledge with the wide spectrum of requirements that are needed in successful real estate transactions.
Richard is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley. He is closely involved in several non-profit organizations, with a focus on Health in Harmony, a cutting-edge planetary health organization for whom he provided oversight on the design and construction of their newly constructed hospital in Borneo.
