Landlords in leasing and repositioning commercial office buildings.

Prior to working at Lee, Mr. Plehn was a Managing Partner at Mohr Partners, Inc.
where he restarted the New York office developing the Research, Financial
Services, and Corporate Consulting Departments.
Mr. Plehn also worked at Cresa Partners where he ran a 4-person brokerage. His
team was the #2 highest producing team in the NYC office. Before this, he spent
20 years at Colliers International in New York City where he implemented
strategies for Tenants and Landlords. He was part of the New York City
management committee of Colliers International.
