Richard L. Pilla specializes in the retail and banking real estate sectors. Mr. Pilla is a member of Retail Brokers Network’s (RBN) Executive Committee and Co-chairman of RBN’s Financial Institutions Specialty Council. He is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and a member of the Massachusetts and New Hampshire Bankers Associations.
Mr. Pilla’s areas of expertise include tenant representation and site selection, property assemblage and dispositions; single-tenant/bank branch investment sales, and development consulting.
He has successfully completed numerous assignments throughout New England for regional and national retailers, educational institutions, entrepreneurial investors, merchant developers, and financial institutions. Mr. Pilla has completed transactions in a multitude of venues from urban storefronts to regional power centers.
Mr. Pilla has a Master of Science degree from the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign) and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Massachusetts (Amherst). He resides with his wife Lisa in Walpole, MA.
