Richard specializes in industrial real estate including building sales, tenant representation, investment sales, and land assemblage and ground up development in Los Angeles and the Inland Empire.
Background & Experience
Prior to commercial real estate, he was a co-founder in an internet marketing startup and a technology consultant. Richard has parlayed his previous technology experience to make him a more effective and successful real estate agent.
Since the start of his career in 2007, Richard has averaged over 60 industrial building transaction closings per year totaling over $650 million of aggregate commercial real estate, including the largest single- tenant industrial building sale in the Los Angeles basin in 2017, a 1.08 million square foot distribution center building in Buena Park, CA.
Richard is a multi-year NAI “Capital Club” Award recipient and holds the prestigious SIOR designation.

Graduated in 1997 with a B.S. degree in MIS/Finance from the University of Illinois – Champaign Urbana.
