Richard Henry is a Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Atlanta office. He is responsible for arranging debt and equity, including first-trust financing, mezzanine debt, preferred equity, and joint venture equity, for all types of commercial real estate assets primarily located throughout the Southeast. In his 18+ year career in commercial real estate, Mr. Henry has been involved in well over $5 billion worth of debt and equity transactions. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Henry was a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield. in their Equity Debt and Structured Finance Group. During the +5 years at Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Henry and his team were one of the most active and successful debt and equity brokerage teams in the Southeast. Mr. Henry also previously spent 12 years with J.P. Morgan, where he held various positions of increasing responsibility, including CMBS loan origination and underwriting. Most recently, Mr. Henry served as Vice President at J.P. Morgan and was responsible for both underwriting and asset management of large and highly complex special situations loan opportunities as well as multiple repo facilities.
