Early on, Richard T. Guarino learned the streets of New York by installing and maintaining pay phones along a route that took him through The Bronx, Manhattan Brooklyn. Before long, he began his New York City Real Estate Career in 1999 at Extreme Realty where he was trained, at a young age, to broker deals.
