Rich Velotta is the Founder and CEO of Raven Property Advisors. Prior to founding Raven, Rich was most recently Managing Director of Investment Sales at Meridian Capital Group from 2016 to 2019, handling sales of all property types throughout New York City. From 2012-2016, Rich was the Director of Sales at Massey Knakal Realty Services (which became Cushman & Wakefield in 2014), specializing in the sale of middle market investment properties throughout Brooklyn. Rich prides himself on a reputation of honesty and trust, and a calming demeanor that allows him to move steadily through difficult transactions. Rich has been responsible for the sale of over 100 properties throughout New York City, with an aggregate value over $500,000,000. He is the recipient of the 2017 Commercial Observer 30 Under 30 Top Sales and Leasing Brokers Award, and the 2019 Brownstoner RADD Award for the top 50 professionals in Brooklyn Real Estate, Architecture, Development, and Design.
