Rémy P. deVarenne joined CBRE in 1994. Since joining CBRE, Mr. deVarenne has represented various Fortune 500 and global occupiers in their strategic real estate processes. He has received numerous awards, including the Morris Area Development Group’s Deal of the Year, Hartz Mountain Deal of the Year Award and numerous awards from Mack-Cali Realty Corporation. He was also nominated for the 2023 NAIOP Deal of the Year Award. Mr. deVarenne continues to manage numerous junior-broker training programs for CBRE.
