Reese Stigliano is a recognized leader in the South Florida commercial real estate market, and brings over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate to Stigliano Commercial Real Estate. As President, he focuses on land sales, investment sales and office leasing for the firm.
Mr. Stigliano’s talent in bringing complicated commercial transactions to a close has been evident in his successful brokerage career. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of a major commercial real estate firm.
In early 2018, Mr. Stigliano represented owners in the sale of one of the largest residential land sales in Broward County. The 109-acre parcel, formerly the Crystal Lake Golf Course located in Deerfield Beach, Florida was sold to Lennar Corporation, one of the nation’s largest home builders. Mr. Stigliano coordinated the rezoning, land use change and site plan approval on behalf of the owners. The site was approved for 415 residential units including 293 single family homes and 122 townhouses.
