Mr. Zanca is a Senior Managing Director of Black Bear Capital Partners (“BBCP”) based out of the firm’s Chicago, IL office. Mr. Zanca is primarily responsible for the sourcing and execution of structured debt and equity transactions.Mr. Zanca has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience spanning a variety of disciplines including capital structuring for debt and equity, acquisitions, dispositions and asset management. He has completed agency, HUD, bridge, construction, DPO/note purchases, CMBS and life company debt placements as well as joint venture and preferred equity solutions for clients.
Prior to joining BBCP, Mr. Zanca was a Senior Vice President at Alpha Capital CRE in Chicago for nine years. At Alpha, Mr. Zanca was primarily responsible for the origination and execution of structured equity and debt transactions. Prior to joining Alpha, Raymond worked within the investment sales division at CBRE and as a Director of Acquisitions and Dispositions for various private equity real estate groups.
