About

Raul brings 4 years of real estate experience into his role as the Managing Broker & Principal of The Hype Group. A graduate of Florida International University, Raul studied Business Administration with a concentration in Sales and International Affairs. Prior to his time at FIU, Raul studied at the University of Pittsburgh, where he played college football. He began his career working on First Data’s sales team, where he did door-to-door sales. He quickly advanced up the ladder of his sales team and was picked to become part of Oasis, a Paychex company’s growing South Florida group. In this role, Raul was responsible for over $10M in sales for human resource services, worker’s compensation, and payroll benefits. As the Managing Principal of The Hype Group, he is responsible for all new sales initiatives, training of new agents, spearheading the growth into new asset classes, and bringing in new listings for the firm.
