Randall R. “Randy” Kendrick is the founder of Xebec, a national logistics real estate platform and has served as its CEO since inception in 1996. He leads the company’s development, acquisition, and capital markets strategies while serving as Chairman of its Executive Committee. Randy has close to 40 years of experience in logistics real estate. In 2021, Kendrick acquired Sandow Lakes and currently serves as CEO of the Sandow Lakes Ranch Venture, LLC (“SLR”). The project consists of approximately 33,000 acres of land. With this acquisition, SLR became one of the largest private owners of fully permitted and vested water rights in the state as well as one of the largest electrical infrastructure projects in the state.
