Why I came back to Paramount Properties. Having spent the last 8 years at Prudential in Northridge I realized that I needed to make a change to a company that could offer me more. Its funny how things work, but I started my real estate career with Syd at the Rinaldi office and enjoyed great success while at Paramount. In fact, Syd was the one who first suggested that get into real estate. In leaving Prudential, it was important that I join a company that could provide me with a large company image so that my clients would always feel that the company I worked for could provide the name recognition factor that they need. Paramount Properties definitely has the Brand Name recognition that my clients and I desired but most importantly I felt that having a hands on owner who knows the business is the most important criteria that any agent should look for.I sell homes all over L.A. and Ventura counties and having MLS access is a real advantage to me.
