Ralph Merritt Jr. is one of the founding partners of Commercial Property Group, Inc. (CPG), a full service commercial real estate brokerage firm established in 1990, which offers services in sales, leasing, property and association management, site selection, project design, and project development to both domestic and foreign clients with properties located throughout South Florida. Currently, CPG manages over 3.7 million square feet of warehouse, office, and retail space in South Florida and Orlando, FL. Ralph also serves the business and local community as a non-attorney member of The Florida Bar Grievance Committee for the Eleventh Circuit (11 B), Chair of the Coral Springs Economic Development Foundation, and serves on many Property Owner and Condominium Associations. Recently, Ralph was appointed to serve as a public member on the Florida Bar’s Citizen’s Advisory Committee who advises it’s Board of Governors on various matters and policies.
