Ralph Hanan joined Compass in May 2019 from The Goldstein Group where he lead the TGG Urban division, focusing on retail leasing and investment sales in all five boroughs of Manhattan and urban markets in North Jersey.
Prior to joining TGG Urban, Ralph lead retail leasing at Metropolitan Skyline Realty where he handled all of the leasing in-house for new construction projects and existing buildings owned by the Adjmi, Gammal and Cayre families since 2008; representing a portfolio of close to 200 buildings located in all five boroughs of New York and New Jersey in high traffic urban retail corridors.
While with Metropolitan Skyline and TGG Urban, Ralph has completed transactions with national, regional and local tenants to curate a tenant mix for each property that would maximize value for the owners and provide a unique and satisfying experience for the communities.
