Rainer has 35 years of experience in the real estate industry. He is a native of Switzerland and currently resides in the United States where he is a real estate broker, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). During the last 10 years, he has represented European and Middle Eastern investors in more than $400 million in commercial real estate transactions. His current work focuses on residential and commercial brokerage in Southwest Florida where he is actively involved in the community. In addition to serving as owner and broker of IRC International Realty Corporation in Naples, he is a partner in IRC Investor Services LLC, which specializes in consulting and accounting for European investors in Florida. He is a past member of the Management Advisory Board for Northern Trust, Naples and a past member of the Naples Area Chamber of Commerce, among other accomplishments.
