Rafael Neiman is a Director with Tri State Commercial Realty. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Mr. Neiman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. He speaks English, Spanish and Hebrew fluently and is also an amateur chef, who prides himself on his ability to prepare many different kinds of international cuisines.
