Rachel Butiu joined Mason Asset Management as an senior regional director in 2019. Ms. Butiu leads the Long Island and West Coast portfolio: California, Colorado, Oregon, Utah. In addition, she conducts tenant representation. She has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience and has represented a diverse group of clients in industries ranging from retail, industrial, medical, educational companies to major corporations. Prior to joining Mason Asset Management, Ms. Butiu was a vice president of Realty Insight Group in its Long Island, New York office. Some of her notable clients include Hobby Lobby, The Briad Group, Jennifer Furniture, Goodrich Movie Theater, ADI, SAE Institute, Pizza Hut, Cricket Wireless. Ms. Butiu has been recognized in several awards and publications in the real estate industry, including the LIBN Cover Story, LIBN Top Suffolk Retail Deal, and CoStar Power Broker Awards in multiple states.
