Quint Carroll is a First Vice President in the CBRE South Bay office. With more than a decade of industry experience, Mr. Carroll specializes in office tenant and landlord representation locally, nationally, and globally. Prior to his time at CBRE, Mr. Carroll worked at Cushman & Wakefield and was involved in some of the most significant projects, redevelopments, and leasing transactions in the market and worked with some of the largest tenants in Los Angeles. He began his commercial real estate career with The Charles Company after graduating from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree. Mr. Carroll, alongside his business partner, Tom Sheets, joined CBRE in 2021 to provide superior results for his clients by utilizing CBRE’s industry-leading platform and resources.
