Earlier, Mr. Flammang was a Commercial Real Estate Broker and Financer at Haves, Pine & Seligman. During his six years there, he assisted clients with raising, securing, and negotiating financing for complex commercial real estate transactions. He gained experience working with a variety of commercial financial solutions including fixed rate, floating and adjustable rate, mezzanine, construction, and equity structuring. Additionally, Mr. Flammang has significant experience in debt placement, contract negotiations, transaction structuring, and note brokerage.
Prior to his role at Haves, Pine & Seligman, Mr. Flammang was a residential real estate broker specializing in apartment rentals.
