Pibu Aulakh is an associate with Newmark based in the Tampa office. Mr. Aulakh assists in all aspects of the deal process including valuation, underwriting, financial modeling, market research and due diligence coordination for the company’s transactions. Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Aulakh was a senior financial analyst for Marcus & Millichap (M&M). He led the financial analysis, market research, and BOV creation process for the firm’s clients. For this undertaking, he valued over $1.5 billion in commercial real estate properties. Prior to joining M&M, Pibu was an investment analyst for Morni Properties, LLP where he valued over $500 million in commercial real estate properties.
