As an Executive Vice President in CBRE’s advisory and transaction services group, Phillip Thomas is based in Washington, D.C. and focuses on investor leasing. Phillip joined CBRE from Cushman & Wakefield, where he represented several high-profile and historic office projects in the District. Over his 30 year career, he has represented many clients, both local and national, including Union Investment, Beacon Capital Partners, American Real Estate Partners, Skanska, Gould Property Company, and Oxford Properties to name a few. Previously, Phillip was a Managing Director at Tishman Speyer, where he directed all activities in the metropolitan DC region. Prior to that he was a Managing Director at CarrAmerica, where he was responsible for the day-to-day activities of the company’s Washington, D.C. regional office, including leasing, property management, acquisitions and development.
