Serving as a senior vice president/senior director of Northmarq, Phillip originates debt and equity placements on commercial projects primarily in the North Texas area. Capital sources include life insurance companies developed over years of correspondent relationships, in addition to CMBS lenders, debt funds, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae as well as commercial banks.
