Deep family roots in New York City and in real estate set Phillip Acha up perfectly for a successful career in residential brokerage. His involvement in the industry began as a child, going to open houses, closings and lease signings with his grandmother, a longtime broker, and drove him to ultimately become an award-winning agent.
Born and raised in Park Slope, Phillip went on to work in construction while attending St. Frances College in Brooklyn Heights. He entered the world of real estate sales and rentals full-time in 2006, drawing on his valuable knowledge of pre-construction and expertise in the Brooklyn and Manhattan markets to find opportunities for his clients.
