Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Phil helped run CBRE's Auction Group, assisting institutional and non-institutional sellers as well as brokers in the sale of over 600 real estate transactions spanning all asset classes. For the past 9 years, his auction team has achieved a 95% trade rate, the highest trade rate in the auction industry. Phil holds a B.S.E. from the University of Michigan in civil and environmental engineering.
