Phil Giunta joined Newmark as an executive managing director in the Boston office in 2012. A seasoned corporate tenant advisor and capital markets specialist, Mr. Giunta has consistently been recognized both regionally and nationally as a top producer over the course of his 25-year career. He was previously named the number one producer at Grubb & Ellis in New England, and has ranked among its top producers nationally from 2007 to 2011. Mr. Giunta was awarded the coveted Greater Boston Real Estate Deal of the Year in 2006. Earlier in his career, he was with CB Richard Ellis, also ranking among the top producers both regionally and nationally since 1996.
