With over 20 years of experience as a licensed broker on Martha’s Vineyard and more than $350 million in on-island sales, Peyton has built a reputation for guiding clients through both challenging and thriving markets. His expertise also includes luxury real estate in Manhattan, where he worked on a WSJ top 100 team and held membership with REBNY. Peyton has a wide network of clients and brokers both on the island and abroad. Originally from Philadelphia, Peyton developed a deep connection to Martha’s Vineyard through summers on the Edgartown Great Pond, and has lived on-island since 2005. He holds a BA in History from the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned Academic All-American honors as a captain of the varsity golf team. Peyton lives in West Tisbury with his wife Christina and their three children.
