Peter Yoon joined RIPCO Real Estate in 2018 as a Director, with over 13 years’ experience in real estate. Prior to joining the company’s Brooklyn office, he began focusing on retail commercial real estate while at Schuckman Realty. He specializes in tenant and landlord representation throughout New York City’s five boroughs, and has also completed transactions in New Jersey, Rockland and Westchester counties.
During his career, Peter has represented esteemed landlords such as Van Barton Group, Ashkenazy Acquisitions, Midwood Investment and Development, and Acadia Realty Trust.
His relationships with notable tenants include Boston Market, Cricket Wireless, Dunkin Donuts, T-Mobile, Sprint, Metro PCS, Burger King, and Popeye’s, CKO Boxing, Starbucks, and Green Forest Market.
Peter is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is a graduate of the University at Buffalo.
