Mr. Whitenack’s tenant representation work consists of uncovering opportunities and seeking high-profile sites for national and local tenants, including Club Monaco, Dylan’s Candy Bar, PNC Bank, Ralph Lauren, Under Armour and Union Square Hospitality Group, among others. He recently completed a 53,000-square-foot lease on behalf of Under Armour for its New York City Brand House in the former FAO Schwarz space at the GM Building, located at 767 Fifth Avenue.
On the landlord side, Mr. Whitenack represents an equally impressive list of clients. His past and current ownership representation clients include Brookfield Property Partners, CIM Group, The Durst Kalimian Properties Organization, Macklowe Properties and The Related Companies, to name a few.
