Peter is the Vice President of Underwriting & Placement at TrueRate. His responsibilities include leading the team\’s underwriting and overseeing the financing process after engagement. His expertise in managing transactions is crucial to the development of the TrueRate online platform. Prior to joining TrueRate Services LLC, Peter was an underwriting analyst at Dwight Capital, one of the top FHA Lenders. At Dwight Capital, Peter lead the underwriting process from engagement to closing across the suite of multifamily HUD financing products. He worked closely with multifamily borrowers, mortgage brokers, third-party vendors, and HUD underwriters to produce comprehensive HUD loan applications and facilitate closings. Peter is a graduate of Colgate University with a BA in Mathematical Economics.
