As an experienced owner representative, Peter is the exclusive leasing agent for an array of prestigious buildings, including 1251 Avenue of the Americas (2.3 million sf), 85 Tenth Avenue (600,000 rsf), 1700 Broadway (590,000 rsf), 245 Park Avenue (1.8 million sf), 125 Park Avenue (650,000 rsf) and One Liberty Plaza (2,300,000 rsf).
