Peter joined SquareFoot in early 2022 as the company’s first Consulting Group hire. His commercial real estate experience includes brokerage services at Cushman & Wakefield and consulting at Savills, where he specialized in financial analysis, transaction structuring, and lease negotiation. Peter has experience working with companies across a diverse array of industries. Notable clients of Peter’s include Macquarie Group and Tiffany & Co. Peter graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. His hobbies include basketball, boxing, skateboarding & sneaker collecting. Peter works in conjunction with Jonathan Tootell, our New York City Market Lead, who brings more than 15 years of experience in New York City commercial real estate to SquareFoot.
