Pete works closely with senior management to source and analyze prospective acquisition opportunities in addition to developing and administering business plans for assets under management. Prior to joining Unilev, Pete worked as an Associate on HFF’s Debt and Equity Placement team in Los Angeles, CA. During his time at HFF, Pete transacted on over $1 billion of financings ranging across retail, multi-housing, industrial, mixed-use, office, hospitality, land and cold storage assets. Prior to HFF, Pete worked at Ernst & Young, LLP’s Financial Services Office. Pete holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license, a California Real Estate Salesperson License and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Elon University.
