About
Pete Fehlman has been involved in the finance industry for two decades and has extensive experience securing debt and equity in the hospitality space. He specializes in hotel and resort transactions throughout North America on behalf of institutional, middle market and private clients. Over the course of his career, he has completed more than $5 billion in hotel financings. Prior to Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC), he was with Hodges Ward Elliott focusing on originating and executing hospitality capital market transactions. Previously, he was with JLL Capital Markets as an Originator and GE Capital Franchise Finance for ten years where he played a key role in the re-launch of the hospitality lending platform. In this role he also managed GE’s Southwest territory for hospitality debt originations. Pete graduated from the University of Iowa with a bachelor’s degree in finance. In addition to regularly serving as a panel speaker for hospitality financing, he is actively involved with The Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA).
