About
Paula is an accomplished commercial real estate lending professional with over 30 years of experience, with both national and regional investors and developers. She has a strong historical track record in relationship development, originations, debt structuring, public and private REIT and Fund lending, syndications, across all commercial real estate product types.
Prior to joining Mag Mile Capital Partners, Paula was a Senior Relationship Manager at Cambridge Trust, Commerce Bank and a top producer in TD Bank’s Corporate and Specialties Real Estate Group in Boston. During her tenure as a lender, Paula was responsible for over $5Billion in originations.
Paula caught the real estate bug at the age of 18, as a “Rookie of the Year” for residential real estate sales in the Merrimack Valley, then working with a small residential custom home builder through college, before entering the formal credit training program at Bank of New England.
