Mr. Paul Weimer is a Senior Vice President with CBRE Hotels. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Weimer was an Executive Vice President with The Charre Group. Mr. Weimer has over 14 years of experience in the hospitality real estate and finance industry. Before joining The Charre Group, Mr. Weimer spent two years as director at Trinity Hotel Investors, LLC, a New York City-based private equity firm focused on investing in the hospitality sector, where he was involved with business development, asset management, and sourcing hotel acquisition opportunities. Prior to Trinity, Mr. Weimer was in charge of the hospitality practice at HIGroup, LLC, a boutique real estate investment banking firm, where he was responsible for over $5 billion in sales and financing of hotels and related real estate.
