He earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in international studies at the University of California, San Diego. Schon has a background in multifamily real estate, previously working as a broker for Marcus & Millichap and Prudential Dunn. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and a member of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Entrepreneurs Organization and the Commerce Bank of Temecula Valley Board of Directors.
