Paul is a veteran broker with 40 years of industrial real estate experience, with specific expertise in sales and leasing, tenant representation, investment sales, site disposition/plant closures and speculative/build-to-suit development transactions. He possesses extensive knowledge of the major Los Angeles in-fill industrialmarkets; Central Los Angeles, Mid Counties, South Bay, and San Gabriel Valley. He has been involved in over 1,800 industrial transactions, many of which would be considered “landmark” in stature. He has strong relationships with major developers, institutional/private investors and corporate and local entrepreneurial occupiers of industrial product throughout Southern California. Additionally, Paul has responsibility for executing sales and leasing transactions in the Southern California region on behalf of the corporate and institutional clients of the firm. He also is in charge of coordinating regional business development activities in the industrial sector across all Jones Lange LaSalle business lines.
