Paul Leone joined the CBRE Long Island Office in January of 2008. Paul is responsible for business development and transaction implementation on behalf of clients he secured, as well as several of CBRE’s global corporate clients. His ability to understand the ramifications of a transaction, from both the landlord and the tenant’s side, paired with his in-depth knowledge of market dynamics and fundamentals, enable him to provide creative real estate solutions for both local and national clients. Paul has provided quality service and ensures the continual realization of clients’ requirements and goals.
In 2016, Paul was awarded Long Island Business New’s Top Office Lease Suffolk County for Stony Brook University Hospitals 115,000 square foot lease at 500 Commack Road. In 2012, he was awarded the “Rising Star” from the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island, which encompasses approximately 300 members. Paul has represented a diverse group of tenants in the following industries, but not limited to: Health Care, Life Sciences /Biotech, Law, Financial Services, Education, Technology, Accounting, Insurance, Marketing and Staffing.
