Paul Kauffman joined Jones Lang LaSalle in January 2013 as a Managing Director in the firm's Stamford, CT office. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Paul worked as an Executive Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield for 28 years. Specializing in only tenant representation, Paul has established an impressive client base including companies such as priceline.com, Wells Fargo Advisors, Ernst & Young, Glencore and Swiss Army Brands. In his business transactions, Mr. Kauffman is concerned first and foremost with forging relationships that extend long beyond the transaction. The longevity of his account relationships is a testimony to his success. In fact, Mr. Kauffman has been involved in some of the largest and most complex leasing assignments in Fairfield and Westchester Counties, representing more than 30 million square feet of real estate transactions.
