A Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder and Certified Investment Management Analyst through Wharton, Paul earned a B.S. in Engineering from Boston University, which recognized him with its Outstanding Alumni Award in 2012. Earlier in his career, he founded The Karger Group at UBS and began in investment banking at Leerink. Beyond TwinFocus, Paul co-founded and serves as Foundation Board President of Bridge Boston Charter School. Appointed by Governor Charlie Baker, he chaired the Massachusetts State Athletic Commission from 2016 to 2022. A lifelong martial artist, he actively trains and competes in Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Jeet Kune Do.
