Paul Harris is the Managing Partner for the Moran & Company’s Southwest Region where he is responsible for overseeing client relationships and all marketing assignments. Paul Joined Tom and Mary Ann by opening Moran’s Dallas Office in 2003 and the Houston Office in 2011. Paul and his team have completed over $5 billion in multifamily transactions since the first closing in 2004 including equity raises, dispositions and complex recapitalization.
Prior to joining Moran & Company, Paul was Director of Multifamily Investments for Archon Residential, a Goldman Sachs subsidiary with responsibility for Archon’s national apartment acquisition and disposition efforts.
