Paul Durgin,Vice President of Conway Commercial, joined the Jack Conway Company in 1986 as Director of Corporate Sales. Shortly thereafter he moved over to the Commercial Division which he managed for several years.
Paul has sold and leased numerous properties throughout Greater Boston and Southeastern Massachusetts. Some of the more notable transactions in the last few years have been the sale of an Industrial Park in Weymouth for $19M, a retail plaza in Rockland for $4.5M, a distribution facility in Canton for $3.9M, an apartment building in Weymouth for $3.3M, and a warehouse in Rockland for $2.2M.
In addition to his responsibilities for Conway Commercial Paul sits on the Board of Directors of Coastal Heritage Bank and serves as the Chair of the Security Committee. He also sits on the Board of the Plymouth County Development Council and Convention and Visitors Bureau, as Past President.
Paul earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College.
