Over the last 13 years Paul Darrow has held a variety of executive level positions within the commercial real estate industry. He is currently a Senior Director within Marcus & Millichap’s Multi-Housing Group and an executive member of THG Advisors - one of the most successful brokerage teams in Marcus & Millichap’s history with over $5 billion of sales. Prior to re-joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Darrow was a Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield and before that he was a Director of Marcus & Millichap’s institutional advisory team, IPA. Throughout his brokerage career, Mr. Darrow has exclusively focused on the marketing and disposition of multifamily assets and development opportunities and has been published in the Wall Street Journal, LA Times, and Globe Street. Earlier in his career, Mr. Darrow worked as a project manager for Lend Lease, a global leader in real estate development and construction management.
