Paul Bryant brings more than twenty-seven years of diverse real estate experience to Mid-America Real Estate Corporation as an urban leasing and development specialist. In this capacity, Bryant has been involved in the development of retail properties as well as tenant and product representation. His area of concentration has been urban Chicago and the near surrounding suburbs. Additionally, he has executed tenant representation assignments throughout the United States. In 2005, Bryant completed over 50 transactions totaling over 500,000 square feet of space, representing an aggregate value in excess of $45 Million. Prior to joining Mid-America, Bryant was the top producing retail professional in the Chicago office of Grubb & Ellis in 1993 and 1994.
