Paul Alanis is the Principal of KOAR International, LLC. Mr. Alanis and his companies have successfully acquired, developed, and managed over three billion dollars worth of properties that include casinos, hotels, shopping centers, restaurants, condominiums, and other major commercial real estate endeavors. Paul holds a B.A. degree from Georgetown University, graduating Cum Laude. He also received a J.D. degree from Harvard Law School.
In great part because of his long-term business partnership with Loren, Paul is a major ally of LGBTQ issues and wholeheartedly embraces the concept of Living Out.
Paul is married, has four children, and resides in Pasadena and Indian Wells California.
