Paul has structured over $10 billion in Capital Markets transactions over the last 20 years. Paul Ahmed is an accomplished professional with an extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate lending market specializing in debt placement through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Life Insurance Companies and Banks. Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Ahmed has placed in excess of $10 billion in commercial real estate loans. Noteworthy Assignments include: Century Portfolio - $125 million (Fannie Mae), Elan Town Center - $41,160,00 (Life Company), Sun Lake - $49,687,000 (Fannie Mae), and Sabal Key - $41,134,000 (Freddie Mac).
